This month’s topic is . Our speakers will discuss how to develop a threat assessment program and policies for your business and real-life applications.

Kevin O’Neill is employed by the Legal Learning Group. Mr. O’Neill designs and presents employment law training programs for organizations on such topics as harassment prevention, EEO compliance, workplace violence and diversity awareness. He previously served as president of his own training organization focusing on employment law, performance management, leadership and communication skills training. He also served as a featured presenter for the nationally renowned training organization, CareerTrack, Inc. Mr. O’Neill practiced employment law with a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including disputes arising under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and a variety of state statutes.

Keith Headman, Director of Security from Charles Schwab will discuss real-life applications of workplace violence prevention programs.
